Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before signing. By signing this document, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the terms of service below.

  1. Data Loss: It is your responsibility to back up your data before the repair.
    Informatique Bluetech is not responsible for any data, software, or program loss, nor for any resulting consequences.
    You confirm that your device contains no illegal files or data.

  2. Revised Estimates: If additional parts or labor are required, we will provide an updated estimate.
    If you decline the repair, diagnostic fees will apply. All prices are estimates and may vary after diagnostics.

  3. Unclaimed Devices: According to Article 944 of the Québec Civil Code, Informatique Bluetech reserves the right to recycle or dispose of any unclaimed device 90 days after completion of service, following notice.

  4. Responsibility for Charges: If you decline the repair after diagnostics, you are responsible for the diagnostic fee.
    If we detect non-Apple parts or misuse-related damage, we may return the device unrepaired, with diagnostic charges.

  5. Data Transfer: You confirm you have the right to transfer your information and accept the software license terms.
    You authorize Bluetech to transfer your data and accept those terms on your behalf.

  6. Data Recovery: Informatique Bluetech does not guarantee recovery of your data.
    Attempting recovery may lead to destruction or additional damage.

  7. Proof of Repair: Keep this document as proof for any warranty verification.
    By signing, you authorize the collection and transmission of diagnostic data to Apple for issue resolution.

  8. Data Processing: You agree that Bluetech and Apple may collect, process, and use your personal information to perform service.
    Apple will protect your data in accordance with its privacy policy.

  9. Force Majeure: Bluetech is not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control
    (natural disasters, fire, etc.).

  10. Surveillance Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that during the check-in of your device, some personal data (name, address, phone number, problem description, etc.) may be recorded in an environment under video and audio surveillance.

    This surveillance is strictly for security, quality control, and documentation purposes.
    Recordings are kept for a maximum of 12 days and then automatically deleted unless linked to an incident.
    Access is strictly limited to the owner or director of the company.
