  2. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.<\/li>

    6. Tap Unpair [your Apple Watch name].
    <\/span>7. For GPS + Cellular models, choose whether to keep or remove your cellular plan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    1. If you want to pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again, keep your plan.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    2. If you don\u2019t want to pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again, remove your plan. If you aren\u2019t going to pair with a different watch or iPhone, you might need to contact your carrier to cancel your cellular subscription.<\/span><\/li>
    3. \u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

      8. Type your Apple ID password to disable Activation Lock, then tap Unpair.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      Before erasing\u00a0all content and\u00a0settings on your Apple Watch, your iPhone creates a new\u00a0backup of your Apple Watch. You can use the backup to restore a new Apple Watch. After your Apple Watch unpairs, you\u2019ll see the Start Pairing message.<\/span><\/p>

      Now you can\u00a0set up\u00a0your Apple Watch again\u00a0or\u00a0turn it off\u00a0if you\u2019re selling it or giving it away.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
