    This Privacy Policy explains how Informatique Bluetech Inc., as a business located in Qu\u00e9bec
    and an Apple Authorized Service Provider, collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal
    information in compliance with Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s Law 25, the Act Respecting the Protection of
    Personal Information in the Private Sector, and Apple\u2019s requirements for service providers.

  3. Personal Information Collected<\/strong>
    As part of our technical service, repair, and product handling operations, Bluetech collects only
    the personal information necessary to deliver service:
    \u2022 Full name
    \u2022 Postal address
    \u2022 Email address
    \u2022 Phone number
    \u2022 Device serial number
    \u2022 Description of technical problems
    \u2022 Electronic or handwritten signature
    \u2022 Date and time of check-in
    \u2022 Service and diagnostic history
    Additional information may be collected when using our website (www.ibluetech.ca), including:
    IP address, browser type, operating system, browsing behavior, and cookies (see separate site
    privacy policy).

  4. Purpose of Use<\/strong>
    Personal information is collected strictly for the following purposes:
    \u2022 Opening service requests or completing authorized repairs
    \u2022 Communicating with the client for service updates
    \u2022 Submitting warranty service reports to Apple (via GSX)
    \u2022 Protecting Bluetech in the event of disputes or claims
    \u2022 Improving service quality and internal security
    \u2022 Complying with applicable laws and official legal requests
    No data is used for marketing or commercial purposes without the client\u2019s explicit consent.

  5. Video and Audio Surveillance<\/strong>
    To ensure the security of customer property and traceability of services, Bluetech uses video
    and audio surveillance in the following areas:
    \u2022 Front reception and check-in desk
    \u2022 Technical service and repair workshop
    Recordings are:
    \u2022 Kept for a maximum of 12 days
    \u2022 Automatically deleted unless related to an incident
    \u2022 Strictly accessible to the owner and director only
    \u2022 Stored securely in a restricted system
    Notice of surveillance is visibly posted at the store entrance, as required by Law 25.

  6. Data Retention and Security<\/strong>
    \u2022 Customer data is stored in a secure digital environment (Firebase, ADM system).
    \u2022 Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel (certified technicians,
    managers).
    \u2022 Data is retained for up to 3 years after the last service date, unless required
    longer by Apple or law.
    \u2022 All data transfers are encrypted and access-controlled.
    In the event of a privacy breach, Bluetech will follow the official incident response procedure
    under Law 25, including notifying the Commission d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information (CAI) and affected
    individuals if necessary.

  7. Sharing with Third Parties<\/strong>
    We do not share any personal information with unauthorized third parties.
    Information may be shared only with:
    \u2022 Apple Inc. (via GSX) when required for authorized repairs, warranty validation, or
    AppleCare+ services
    \u2022 Legal authorities if compelled by formal legal processes (court order, subpoena,
    etc.)
    Bluetech never sells or rents your personal information.

  8. Client Rights and Consent<\/strong>
    By signing a service form or using our services, the client acknowledges that they have read
    this policy.
    Under Law 25, any client may:
    \u2022 Request access to their personal information
    \u2022 Request correction of inaccurate data
    \u2022 Request deletion of their data, unless retention is required by law or Apple
    \u2022 Withdraw consent for future uses

  9. Policy Updates<\/strong>
    This policy may be updated at any time based on changes to legislation or Apple\u2019s
    requirements.
    All updated versions will be included in our service repair documents (SRO) and published on
